Wise-Up WORKSHOPSThe 3R Foundation has awarded £500 to WISE UP Workshops CIC in Morecambe. This has allowed them to buy an urgently needed fridge-freezer as well as a selection of films for their library.

Fathers house, Elim ChurchThe 3R Foundation has awarded £300 to Father's House Church Lancaster and they have used this to purchase a catering quality twin fryer for their cafe. On the day we went to see them they provided over 200 subsidised / free meals.

North CUMBRIA RESCUE & RESPONSEThe 3R Foundation has awarded a grant of £500 to North Cumbria Rescue & Response to purchase an urgently needed basket stretcher. NCRRT work with the blue light services providing search and rescue and flood rescue.

Jennifers DancersThe 3R Foundation in Carnforth was delighted to award one of the first grants to Jennifers Dancers street dance classes based in Bolton-le-Sands.

The first 8x Grants Totalling £4,580 have now been awarded by the 3R Foundation!
For a charity that was only started in January this year this is a fantastic achievement by everyone involved. Our wonderful team, who are all from the local area, wanted to set up a shop that allowed items that people no longer wanted to be Recycled, Reused and Rehomed, BUT most importantly wanted to see the profits raised put back straight into the local community... and they have managed to do just that! |
