Could you spare a morning or an afternoon once a week to help with deliveries and collections for the 3R Foundation Charity Shop in Carnforth.
We are looking for volunteer van drivers and assistants to join our friendly team in our very busy shop, where you will get to see exactly where all the profits we raise go, as we support small groups, clubs and charities directly. Deliveries and collections are usually within the local Lancaster, Morecambe and Carnforth area. |
Volunteer drivers would simply need a current UK driving licence. Both drivers and assistants would need to be comfortable lifting and carrying the items we collect and deliver such as furniture, boxes, beds etc. You would not be expected to carry anything up any stairs though!

We are always looking for volunteers to help serving in our shop in Carnforth, or behind the scenes sorting and cleaning stock, or PAT testing electricals (training provided) or helping on our van with local deliveries and collections. Shifts are once a week, morning or afternoon, and we open Monday to Saturday. |
