grant awarded - Wise-up workshops

The 3R Foundation has awarded £500 to WISE UP Workshops CIC in Morecambe. This has allowed them to buy an urgently needed fridge-freezer as well as a selection of films for their library.

This is what they said in their application: Since the cost of crisis has hit all of our families, and the local community, we have started providing the following to support local people; Cooking healthy meals together in our kitchen space whilst families access our washing machine and dryer facilities. This includes a bag of basic food to take home.
A warm safe space for all ages and all abilities showcasing films, an arts & crafts area and a private space for parents/carers to share their worries.
