The Friends of Bolton-le-Sands C of E Primary School

The 3R Foundation recently awarded £383 to the Friends of Bolton-le-Sands C of E Primary School for a bicycle storage shed.

Bolton-le-Sands Primary School provides education for over 300 children in the community between the ages of 4 and 11.

They are working hard to improve their outdoor learning area for the Early Years Children. Projects include building a secure fenced area with some shade/covering to help ensure that the children experience learning in an outdoor classroom environment. Previously, their outdoor classroom was enclosed with a rotting wooden fence and this theme extended to the outdoor resources which were also in a state of disrepair. They approached us at the 3R foundation for a grant for an outdoor shed for cycle storage, which we were happy to help with.
