Lancaster Giants Girls Football Club

The 3R Foundation recently awarded £95 to @Lancaster Giants FC Girls Football Club for 13x footballs.

Lancaster Giants are a small but diverse community club giving all girls the opportunity to play football. They have ambitions to grow the club, so that every girl who wants to play football has a place to do so. Every penny they receive from parents, donations or sponsorship is reinvested to allow the girls to have the best experience possible.

Lancaster Giants provide a safe and fun environment for all players regardless of ability, experience, race, or religion. Sessions are fun and challenging, helping players to develop their skills, confidence, and teamwork. They will help players develop individually and as a group, both on and off the pitch. Every player matters.

They applied for a grant from us at the 3R Foundation as they needed new larger footballs, for the girls who had moved up the age groups, which we were happy to help with. This also means that the smaller footballs they had been using can be passed down to the younger age groups.
