The 3R Foundation recently awarded £100 to Highgrove F.C Junior Team for 12 x footballs.


Highgrove Football Club in Lancaster recently launched a brand-new junior team, which has grown rapidly from just four boys to a full squad of fifteen. As the team continues to develop, the coaches are keen to ensure that each player has the opportunity to fully engage in training sessions and build their individual skills. However, at present, the team only has a few footballs to share between all fifteen players, which limits the effectiveness of their training.

To help address this, the club has applied to the 3R Foundation for a grant to purchase a football for each team member. Having individual balls would not only improve the quality of training but also support the players’ development, confidence, and enjoyment of the game as the team continues to grow.
