Carnforth Rangers Football Club
The 3R Foundation recently awarded £500 to Carnforth Rangers Football Club for pop-up goals, training hurdles and poles.
Carnforth Rangers is a local youth football team run by dedicated volunteer managers and supporting local boys and girls. The club provides young players with regular opportunities to train, develop their skills and enjoy being part of a team in a positive and supportive environment.
The grant supported the purchase of essential training equipment, including pop-up goals, hurdles and poles, helping the coaches deliver more structured and effective training sessions. This equipment will enable the team to focus on improving fitness, coordination, ball control and match preparation, while keeping sessions varied, engaging and fun.
Access to suitable training resources is vital for grassroots sport, particularly for volunteer-led clubs. The new equipment will help ensure that players continue to build confidence, teamwork and resilience, both on and off the pitch.
If you know of a local charity, club or community group looking for funding for a project or equipment, the 3R Foundation may be able to help.
