GRANT AWARD - LMMES CINDERBARROW

​The 3R Foundation recently awarded £1000 to Cinderbarrow Miniature Railway for a range of safety and promotional signs.
Cinderbarrow is a registered charity operated by Lancaster and Morecambe Model Engineering Society, a group of enthusiastic model engineers.

​They run a fantastic little railway running round the picnic site at Cinderbarrow, Tarn Lane, near Yealand Redmayne, Lancashire. The railway is open to the public for rides on Sundays and bank holidays throughout the summer.
It had been pointed out that the site is hidden by trees and it is not always clear when it is open, plus they also wanted to replace some old hand made signs that had weathered badly and add some new vital health and safety notices for passengers. They now have a range of aluminium signs designed and produced by 3R sponsors Treble3 design and print.
